Q: How long will delivery take?

If you have a large order over 5 dozen that needs rapid delivery for a function or event please call us on 1800999463. We use Australia Post's specialised wine delivery services to deliver our wines to your home, office or to the nearest Australia Post Office (We cannot deliver to a PO Box). This service is extremely efficient and safe.

We process and pack your orders as quickly as possible - usually the same day, but it can take up to 3 days in our busier times. Delivery can take between 1 and 10 days and this time frame is variable depending on the overall pressure on the delivery network at that particular time and how close you are to the major cities.

Typical delivery times are:

Melbourne and Country Victoria: 1-2 working days.

Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane: 2-4 working days.

Country NSW, Country SA and Southern QLD: 3-5 working days.

Tasmania: 3-4 working days.

Perth, Country WA, NT, and Northern QLD: 5-10 working days.

We request delivery instructions on where to safely leave wine if no-one is at the delivery address when delivery is made. If you choose to, or if Australia Post deems it unsafe to leave wine when no-one is home, your wine will be taken to the local Post Office ffor pickup, and a card will be placed in your letterbox to alert you of this. The post office will keep your goods safe and sound until you are able to collect them (they will be held for a maximum of 14 days).

Q: What happens with damaged or corked wine?

A: If a bottle of wine is smashed or broken during delivery or is off , we will send you an replacement bottle.

Q: Where are you based?

A: Our wines come from all over Australia. Predominantly South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. The cleanskins.com office is based in Melbourne, Australia. We also have team members based all around Australia, including wine tasters and label designers.

Q: How much is delivery?

A: $6 per dozen Australia-wide*, except for some areas of regional WA, and all of the Northern Territory. We charge a delivery surcharge for these areas to cover extra freight costs. WA Surcharge: $16.00; NT Surcharge: $31.00. You can use the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" calculator in our Shopping Cart page to see if a surcharge applies for your address.

We do not deliver internationally.

Q: Do you deliver overseas?

A: At this stage we deliver to Australia only.

Q: What if I am not home when the wine arrives?

A: The courier will follow any instructions you have provided, such as "leave by front door if not home".

Failing any special instructions, they will leave a card in your mail box with a contact phone number so you can arrange delivery.

Q: How does the money back guarantee work?

A: If you open more than 2 bottles of the wine and they are spoiled or significantly tainted, we will replace them with another dozen wine. Please contact us to arrange return. To return a case, fill the empty spaces with either bottles or rolled-up newspapaer, reseal the box, anf take to your local Post Office to "Return to Sender". When we receive your returned wine, we will process the refund.

Q: I am organising a fundraiser. What can cleanskins.com do?

A: We have an entire fundraising system. Please visit our Fundraisers page for more information and to make an enquiry.


Q: How do I organise labels?

A: cleanskins.com has an affiliate website, corporatewine.com.au, that provides customised labelling for a selection of our cleanskin wines.

We can also provide advice on designing and printing your own custom labels.

Q: What does your wine look like when it arrives?

A: The wine is delivered in plain brown cardboard boxes. Mixed dozen will have labels on them and straight dozens will have a sheet of labels that you can apply. By law there are some things even a cleanskin bottle must have on it, such as alcohol content and place of origin.

Q: How do I say Shiraz?

A: Well it's totally up to you of course! but there are two accepted ways:

  • Syrah - (si-rah) the technically correct, French pronunciation of the term, which is where the name of this grape variety originated.
  • Shiraz - (shi-razz) an "Aussie-fication" way of saying the original term, with the hard "z".

Q: Christmas Ordering

A: Christmas time can get pretty hectic for our delivery companies. So to ensure that your order is at your door in time for Christmas Day please make sure you order before December the 5th.
