Shipping & Delivery uses specialised wine delivery services to deliver our wines to your home, office or to the nearest Australia Post Office. (We can not deliver to a PO BOX - please specify a street address). This service is extremely efficient and safe, and in most cases we use the Australia Post Wine Delivery Service.

Delivery can take up to 15 days (or 10 working days), but this timeframe can often be shorter depending on the overall pressure on the delivery network at that particular time and how close you are to the major cities.

If you choose to have wine delivered to your home and you are out when the delivery is attempted, a card will be placed in your letterbox that will refer you to your local post office to collect the goods. The Post Office will keep your goods safe and sound until you are able to collect them (they will be held for a maximum of 14 days).

Please note, as of March 1st 2009, we can no longer deliver wine for our standard delivery fee, due to rising petrol and delivery costs, to the following postcodes:
NT: 0800 - 0999
WA: 6215 - 6699, 6700 - 6799

To order from, you simply select a wine, and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished selecting wines, proceed to Checkout.

  1. To add a wine to your Shopping Cart, click the Add To Cart button.
  2. To add more wine to your Cart, click the Continue Shopping button.
  3. To finish your order:
    - for credit card payment, click the Proceed to Checkout button.
    - for Paypal payment, click the Checkout with Paypal button.
  4. Checkout Method:
    - to order without creating an Account, select Checkout as Guest.
    - to create an Account, select Register.
    - to log in to an existing Account, type your email addres and password and click Login.
  5. Billing Information:
    - If you have an account, your Billing address will be displayed.
    - If you are a Guest, enter Billing name and address for your credit card.
    - If this is also your Shipping name and address, select Ship to this address.
    - Click the Continue button.
  6. Shipping Information:
    If you have an account, or your Billing address is also your Shipping address, your Shipping address will be displayed.
    If not (especially if you are purechasing a gift for someone else), enter the Shipping Name and Address.
  7. Gift Message:
    To add a gift message, select the Gift Items checkbox, and add the From name, To name, and gift message. This will be included in the wine box, in a gift card.
  8. Payment Information:
    - Credit Card:
    select Credit Card, enter all card details, , then click the Continue button.
    - Paypal: select Paypal Express, then click the Continue button.
      You will jump to Paypal to complete payment.
  9. Order Review:
    Check you order details, then click the Place Order button to complete the order process.
  10. You will be emailed a tax invoice receipt of your order with a tracking number for your reference.

Viewing Orders

If you create a customer account, you can view your orders, and easily re-order.

To view your orders, click on My Account or Log In, in the top-right of screen:

  1. Enter your email address and password, and click the Login button.
  2. Click on My Orders in the My Account panel at left.
  3. Recent Order are displayed. You can view a Recent Order by clicking View Order.
  4. To re-order the same wine as a past order, click on the Reorder link, in the Recent Orders list, or in the  Order screen.

Updating Account Information

To update your Account details - billing or shipping address, newsletter subscription, product reviews, etc, - click on My Account or Log In , in the top-right of screen:

  1. Enter your email address and password, and click the Login button.
  2. Click on the relevant section of your Account, in the My Account panel at left.
  3. Make the required changes, then click the Save button.
  4. Log Out if you have finished using your account.
